Two typed copies of an edited transcript (29 pages each) from a 1954 interview between Edward W. Decker and Lucile Kane. The interview covers the early Minneapolis, Minnesota financial community, including many individual businesses, and Decker's rise to the Northwest Bank presidency (1912-1934). Also Decker's recollections of many Minneapolis and St. Paul businessmen, especially Thomas Lowry.
